We’re a team of Chartered Certified Accountants who love helping owner-managed businesses thrive. Based in our Upminster office (which we’re quite proud of!), we’ve been supporting clients across Essex, London and the South East with clear, reliable accounting and tax advice — without the jargon.

OUR TEAM
Proprietor
Tony began his accountancy career in 1998, back when dial-up internet was still a thing and filing meant actual paper.
In 2003, at just 23, he became a Chartered Certified Accountant—because partying is overrated when you’ve got ledgers to balance.
Tony has developed particular expertise in the construction and contracting sectors—so if your accounts are a bit of a building site, he’s the man to call.
Senior Accountant
Dean joined the practice in October 2020, bringing with him over 20 years of experience in accountancy.
He looks after accounts and tax preparation, VAT, CIS, and bookkeeping with the precision of a man who’s seen every spreadsheet mistake possible — twice.
Aside from keeping clients compliant and HMRC happy, Dean is also the undisputed office tea champion. Strong, dependable, and reassuring — his brews are much like his balance sheets.
Accounting Technician
Jack joined the firm in September 2020 and has since mastered the art of turning chaos into compliance. With experience in business accounts, personal tax returns, payroll, VAT and CIS.
He also manages our client account and handles tax repayments with the calm efficiency of someone who’s just discovered the office biscuit tin has been restocked.
Jack recently passed his Level 4 AAT qualification with merit — proving that brains, spreadsheets, and charm really can co-exist in one highly caffeinated individual.
Accounting Technician
Luke joined the firm in May 2022 and quickly proved he can crunch numbers faster than most people can brew a cuppa. Since joining, he’s been hands-on with preparing business accounts, personal tax returns, and VAT and CIS returns.
He recently passed his Level 4 AAT qualification with merit — a fact we celebrate almost as much as his uncanny ability to charm HMRC on the phone. Seriously, if there’s a confusing letter or a hold music marathon in sight, Luke’s our first call.

To become ACCA-qualified, accountants go through years of study, tough exams, and hands-on experience — it’s no walk in the park! By the time they’re fully licensed to work with businesses and the public, they’ve got at least five years of solid, practical know-how under their belts.
